Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, catering, and banquets
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, increase revenue, and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a team of food service staff
- Create and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote repeat business

Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food service operations, including catering and banquets
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions
- Experience in kitchen management is a plus
